Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Effective Date · 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Sales Kernel — a service of Anna Mik Ventures, Inc., a Florida corporation — handles personal information collected through thesaleskernel.com, our quiz, our digital products, our email program, and our consulting engagements. We collect the minimum we need to do the work and answer you, and we don't sell your information. The detail below tells you exactly what that means.

The Short Version
We collect your name, email, and the information you give us. We use it to deliver what you asked for and to send only what you opted into. We don't sell it. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete it at any time.
Section 01

Information you give us.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

You control what you share. If you don't give us the information a particular service needs, we may not be able to provide that service.

Section 02

Information collected automatically.

Server and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP address, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site running, secure, and working correctly.

Local browser storage. The quiz and our digital products save your progress in your own browser using local storage on your device. That information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you export or send it to us. Clearing your browser storage erases it.

Section 03

Payments.

Payments for our products and engagements are handled through our CRM and checkout provider (Keap), using Stripe as the payment processor. When you pay, your card details are entered on a secure checkout and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the product purchased, and the contact details associated with the order.

Section 04

Service providers we rely on.

We use a small set of established providers to operate the business. Each receives only the information it needs to perform its function, and is expected to protect it:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Section 05

How we use your information.

We process your information because you asked us to provide something, because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving our services, or because the law requires it.

Section 06

Email, cookies, and tracking.

Email. When you opt in, we send you your results and related messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. You can also email us to be removed at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our site and our service providers may use cookies and local storage to keep the site working, remember your progress, and understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

Section 07

Your choices and rights.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address in Section 10 and we'll act on your request within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

We do not sell your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law — including the right to access, delete, or restrict certain uses of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Where your local law grants you stronger rights than this policy describes, your local law controls.

Section 08

Retention and security.

How long we keep it. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain the business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — then we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information protected and to limit access to those who need it.

Section 09

Children and location.

Not directed to children. Our products and site are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

U.S.-based processing. We operate in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be handled in the United States under this policy.

Section 10

Changes and contact.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you interact with us governs that interaction, and the current version is always available at the URL where you're reading it. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above.
