Our policy is firm — and our standard for the work is higher.
This policy covers The Sales Kernel's digital products: the Sales System Self-Diagnostic, the Sales Kernel Blueprint, and any bundle that includes them. Consulting engagements (Kernel Diagnostic, Sales Execution Reset, Core System Install, Performance Enablement, Founder-Led Sales Transition) are governed by the separate Service Agreement signed at engagement contract.

Why the policy is final.
These products are digital assets delivered instantly at the moment of purchase. The Self-Diagnostic provides immediate access to a scored, structured workbook. The Blueprint provides immediate access to a foundational written framework. Both are usable in full within minutes of payment. There is no manufacturing cost we can recover, no inventory to return, and no way to undo access once it has been granted.
Refund policies for digital products exist on a spectrum. Some companies operate with generous money-back windows that quietly subsidize buyers who consume the entire product and then ask for their money back. We don't. Our pricing reflects the value of the work, not a built-in margin for refund abuse. You're paying for the diagnosis, the framework, and the structure — not for a trial period.

What "final" actually means.
No refunds for change of mind. If you purchase a product and later decide you don't want it, the purchase stands. This includes situations where you didn't have time to use it, forgot you bought it, or decided to pursue a different approach to your sales system. We understand these things happen — they're still not refundable.
No refunds for partial completion or non-use. Whether you complete the Self-Diagnostic, read every page of the Blueprint, or never open either of them after purchase, the purchase stands. Access was granted at the moment of payment.
No refunds for misjudging fit. The Self-Diagnostic is designed for owners and operators with an active sales motion. The Blueprint assumes you're building or refining a sales system. If you purchased either product expecting something different — a course, a coaching program, a done-for-you service — that's a misread of the product description, not a defect in the product.
Chargebacks will be disputed. If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting us directly, we will dispute it with documentation of delivery, access timestamps, and this policy. Our preference is always to resolve directly — see Section 4.
The Quality Guarantee.
A no-refund policy without a quality guarantee is a way to keep money you didn't earn. We won't operate that way. Here is what we stand behind:
If you purchase the Self-Diagnostic or the Blueprint and the product is materially broken — missing sections, technical access failures, content that doesn't match the description on the sales page, or workmanship below the standard a $47 or $197 product should deliver — we will fix it, replace it, or refund it at our discretion. The decision is ours; the obligation is real.
To invoke the guarantee: email us within 30 days of purchase at the address in Section 4 with your order details and a specific description of what's broken. "I didn't get value from it" is not a quality issue. "Pages 14–18 of the Blueprint were missing" or "the Self-Diagnostic wouldn't load on my browser" is. We respond within 3 business days and resolve within 7.
This guarantee is the escape valve. It exists because we take our own standard for the work seriously — and because asking you to trust the work means we have to be willing to stand behind it when something genuinely goes wrong on our end. It is not a backdoor refund policy for buyer's remorse.
How to reach us.
If you have a question about your purchase, want to invoke the Quality Guarantee, or believe there's been a billing error, contact us directly. We answer.
Please include your order confirmation number, the email used at purchase, and a specific description of the issue. The more specific, the faster we can resolve it. Vague reports take longer because we have to ask follow-up questions.
Billing errors: if you were charged twice for the same product, charged for a product you didn't order, or charged the wrong amount, that's a billing error — not a refund request. We resolve billing errors immediately upon verification.
The fine print.
Jurisdiction. The Sales Kernel is a service of Anna Mik Ventures, Inc., a Florida corporation. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct contact will be handled in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.
Modifications. We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the policy that governs your purchase. The current version is always available at the URL where you're reading this document.
Severability. If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable in the jurisdiction where you reside, the remainder of the policy remains in effect.
Consumer rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you stronger refund rights than this policy provides, local law controls.
Not legal or financial advice. Our products provide diagnostic and structural frameworks for sales systems. They are not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
